By downloading our mobile application ("App"), visiting our website (https://tamilbayan.shaimainfotech.com/), or using our Telegram bot (@Tamilbayan_bot) and WhatsApp bot, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing content, or streaming audio lectures (bayans) on our platform, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. User Accounts & Registration

To access certain features of the App, you must register by providing a valid name, email address, password, and phone number. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• Restricting unauthorized access to your account sessions.
• All activities that occur under your profile.

3. Subscription Plans & Device Limits

Some content and premium features are subject to active subscription plans. To ensure compliance, we enforce device limits per account based on your selected plan:

• Free/Basic Plan: Limited to 1 active device session at a time.
• Premium/Platinum Plan: Limited to up to 2 concurrent device sessions at a time.

If the active device limit is exceeded, the server will prompt you to manage your active device list or remotely log out of older sessions. Account sharing beyond these limits is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property & Streaming Rights

All audio files (bayans, Quran recitations, and lectures) are provided for personal, non-commercial listening purposes only.

• You may download audio files for offline listening only through the official download features in the mobile application.
• You are strictly prohibited from ripping, scraping, republishing, or redistributing our audio URLs or API streams for commercial projects or competing applications.
• Scholar lectures and third-party content are protected by intellectual property rules. The content remains the property of their respective creators and speakers.

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments processed through our third-party payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay, etc.) are subject to verification. Unless otherwise specified by local consumer laws, all subscription purchases are final and non-refundable.

6. Account Deletion & Termination

You have the right to delete your account at any time using the "Delete Account" button within the App settings. Deleting your account will permanently wipe your profile, playlists, and session history from our database.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we detect suspicious activities, API abuse, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our services and audio streams are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that:

• The streaming servers will be 100% uninterrupted or error-free.
• Third-party audio mirrors (such as tamililquran.org) will remain online indefinitely.

In no event shall Tamil Bayan be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted directly on this page, and your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
