Tamil Bayan is provided for educational and spiritual benefit as an ongoing charity (Sadaqah Jariyah). Speeches and lectures are curated from recognized Islamic scholars, da'wah organizations, and authentic audio archives.

Acceptable Community Conduct
- You agree not to reverse engineer or flood the APIs with abusive automated traffic.
- You agree not to use the audio content for offensive, harmful, or defamatory purposes.
- You may freely share audio links for personal benefit and Islamic dawah.

Scholarly lectures reflect the knowledge and opinions of the respective speakers. While we endeavor to curate authentic Islamic content based on the Quran and Sunnah, users are encouraged to refer to qualified scholars for personal legal fatwas.

All financial contributions received through our donation portal or optional premium subscriptions are strictly utilized for operational maintenance.
Where Do Contributions Go?
100% of contributions are allocated to high-bandwidth audio streaming servers (LiteSpeed & Cloudflare CDN), domain renewals, database hosting, and development of free mobile applications and bots.
Payment Security & Gateways
Online payments are processed via Cashfree Payments India with RBI-compliant 256-bit encryption. We do not store sensitive payment card credentials.
Refund Policy
Voluntary donations made for charity maintenance are non-refundable. For subscription disputes or duplicate charges, please contact admin@shaimainfotech.com within 7 days for resolution.

பயனர்கள் வழங்கும் ஆதரவு நன்கொடைகள் முற்றிலும் சர்வர் வாடகை, ஆடியோ பேண்ட்வித் கட்டணம் மற்றும் புதிய செயலிகளை உருவாக்குவதற்கான செலவுகளுக்கே பயன்படுத்தப்படுகிறது.
